I even met the owner who was a nice Greek gentleman who was also sitting at the bar chatting with patrons. Was impressed how "Manager Matt" and bartenders made it a point to make everyone feel welcomed. As we were single women, everyone seemed friendly and not harassing (as it is when sitting at the bar at other places) It seemed like a lot of customers were regulars which is a good sign. No hooks underneath for purses but probably a good thing as I'd rather have my purse where I can see it. They take reservations, but I just sat at the bar with a couple of good friends. I was pleasantly shocked at the large selection of "fine dining" as well as casual food. OMG I got a taste and it was mouth watering. Only around $10 (bar only menu) with green beans and fries. I heard Thursdays are their wing night with special prices. Medium was the perfect amount of taste with a kick. They offer a really good selection of flavors. I asked for extra crispy and it was perfect without being flaky. I guess they always win "best wings in Lancaster" in some yearly contest. I'm not sure if it makes a difference but was told they use fresh wings and not frozen. Everyone told me they make "banging" wings. I also liked that after my friends and I were done we only had a few blocks to walk to go to another venue that had live music. in Mount Joy which was easy to get to off route 283. I hate driving at night but it was located on Main St. I heard they have a small parking lot in rear but I didn't try that. The staff said that there is ghost(s) lingering around but I didn't experience any :-( There is ample amount of street parking that seems like a safe area with plenty of light. I had such a good time I thought I should review it. This place has been around for a long time but I was there for the first time this past weekend for a bite and drinks.
